No it isn't. He wasn't good enough, so on he goes.

His behaviour during a game against Leeds Utd was simply unacceptable, won't be forgotten.

The Ballad of Buster Scruggs A Netflix special, sadly. If you do not have a Netflix subscription, you probably know someone who does. Invite yourself to theirs or twist their arms on their backs until they invite you, this film is worth losing a friend. More a collection of short films than a singl...

Frank Turner in Auckland on Friday night was superb. Amazing energy. Surprised at the size of the venue considering the size of arenas he plays elsewhere. Played a lot of the last three albums which is Ok by me, plus a sort of segue of older tunes.

Thanks everyone. As I type this, Bday was yesterday. Got a fine bourbon as a gift from Mrs B and a box of Thorntons from the mini-Bs (not easy to find down in NZ)

Go Olivers Army. Cmon Leeds. Lay me down the long white line.

I'm correcting myself: "You are NOW about to witness the strength of street knowledge" OMG yes. (have you seen 'The Defiant Ones' doco, recommend.) I actually surfed into it one day. The segment featured Patti Smith as well as Dre. Without context I wasn’t sure what the connection was, other than...

I researched a few links to recent Peter Murphy shows, and I have to say I will not be going to the Auckland gig after all.

Also, what about The Dead Kennedys (without Jello)? Any thoughts? I've heard bad things. Not seem 'em myself though. Yeah, I thought I'd give it a miss - was asked to go with a friend. I'm fairly over going to too many 40th Anniversary type gigs - Undertones and SLF recently (both good, but still)....

You can make manual substitutions before each game within a round. That's to say, if You have a Spain player on today who scores no points (or a piddly total) & you have a French player on the bench, you can (before the first game tomorrow) swap them over. You will lose the points for the Spanish g...

And will there be opportunities to transfer in players from teams still in the tournament as the knockout rounds p...

You'll have to explain how the whole draft thing works. Might have a crack at that next season Way it worked for our league was... my son was keen to do it and organised it with his mates. Not a bad season all things considered. I'd have taken a top 10 finish in both leagues at the start of the season. Did anyone else do the Draft version as well? I was second in my league for that, and in my local league there was a relatively close finish - the top 3 separated by 12 points after 38 ...
