DARK LADIES NIGHT

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Still dunno how I got into this... but Friday Night I'm DJing at a Dark Ladies Nit in a Club…

The fact is, I'm drawing a blank in a very point, so, what a better place to ask ;D :

Could anyone think of a song to link tracks 8 and 10 together, without straying much from the agreed styles (dark wave, post-punk, gothic rock) and the line of the session ? It will be a reward

PS: Hope my selection is dark enough (the Lords Of the N.C. are very scary)
(I'd invite all of you, but it's in Spain)

I've not heard most of those songs, but at #9 I'd stick Father Abraham & The Smurfs - The Smurf Song purely to see the reaction it'd get.

A really obvious choice given the previous song:

Prince's batdance + it has industrial overtones + a goth comedy angle (or two)

Oh well... some things just have that bad or weird aging, don't they? (I'll do my best to learn those dancesteps to hit the floor next time anyway)

Dan ... that's just what I've been looking for. All my life. Such a GREAT band.. Where are they from? Do they play at your town? I need them.

Verve - Bitter Sweet Symphony. Or Gracie Fields' White Cliffs of Dover.
And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.
