In Memoriam: doc p

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

Blimey. How time flies.

I still can''t believe this chap, whom I met for the first time only two months before he died, could have fallen this suddenly to illness.
He came across as health and strength personified.
Aye, he was a one you never forget.

I didn't post at the time cos it felt a bit Lady Diana, but I have always felt guilty about that. I finally met Christian on a trip to Tilburg in 2005 with Johnny M. He met us at the airport in Germany and drove us to the gig. On the way we encountered a road traffic accident. We were very late and desperate to make up the time, but I will never forget him slowing down to enquire if there were any casualties that needed his assistance. Such a professional. :notworthy:
And you know that she's half crazy but that's why you want to be there.
