some really goods points to fight the heat! thank you people. hmmm don't own an A\C but just because i find it makes me sick, get a common cold. we do have fans blowing to circulate the air and know the trick to keep it dark inside :)
hmmm shower and go to bed wet is one i will try, what i did do was wet a towel and draped it around me. oh well a few more days of this crazy heat and thank the stars for coffee to keep me going during the day after these sleepless nights!

Eating chips & guacamole, again. A nice man gave me two bags of avocados last Friday and I have been trying to eat them before they go bad. I once thought I would be happy living on an island with lots of avocado and pineapple trees. I no longer feel that way.

Either my cats are easy to entertain or they’re total doofuses (both actually). Today I have had my annual review at work. The lead-up always feels like waiting outside the headmaster's office for a bollocking, but in actual fact the meeting itself ended up being quite positive. In fact my manager was a lot more focussed on what my employer can do to facilitate me working from home rather than any critique of my efforts.
