Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Be able to earn enough to release my husband from the daily grind and allow him the freedom to do what he wants - but I qualify next March and then we swap roles - I have been on crap wages for years to enable me to study - soon it will be his turn :D
I never talk during music, at least during good music. If one hears bad music, it is one's duty to drown it in conversation.

i agree with you here Mark...but i still have issues more than regrets due to the things i have done to myself in my past...strange as it may seem to most of you...the hedonism and feeling of imortality through youth is still fecking with me today...and will probably kill me before my time...i'm not a bitter person (more of an IPA)...i just hope that i can save someone from themself before it's to late :|

I have not yet...gone to University. I'd really rather I had done.

I've done a lot of things I wish I'd NEVER done. Does that count? Hell, we should start a new thread just for that. If I know the Heartlanders half as well as I suspect...

I can relate to that.

Not sure if many people say this, but at university I should have spent less time studying and more time partying and "expanding my horizons". My degree was fecking useless when it came to getting a job anyway.

If I had my life to live again I would take more risks. As other people have said before, I would probably rather regret things I've done, than things I haven't.

I've done a few things I'm very proud of. Did martial arts training for a bit. Taught myself guitar. Was in a band for a while. Wrote and published a booklet of short stories and poetry. Ran an online bookselling business for a couple of years.

What haven't I done that I would have wanted to by now? At the risk of lowering the tone, a few bedroom-type things probably better left unsaid on an open forum. Perhaps I just haven't met a girl slutty enough for my tastes. Yet.

Well, the problem is that studying is hard too, :D I mostly sit doing nothing behind my desk, which is even worse :urff:

For the rest, I agree with what you're saying very much
I'd rather be way more impulsive, and care less about what others think, but then it's a hard change to make, (even at the youthful age of 20 :urff:) and that even goes for the last paragraph, although I do not necessarily agree with the things you've left unsaid :lol:

The throat, or upward strikes to the nose, etc. The back of the knee is weak and badly designed and is a quick way to get people down.

San Soo practitioners, unlike other martial artists, are taught to fight from any position, seated or otherwise. If someone breaks into your house while you're lying in bed, you can't say "Can I stand up first?" while you're being strangled from above. San Soo is mainly taught in the US, around LA. I believe there's a teacher in Manchester, UK, also.
