Doctor Who

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Who would have thought?
he could well be the final nail in the shows coffin as far as i am concerned
Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

No one watching Dr Who? I thought the first one was brilliant, especially as an Alien fan but even disregarding that. He could be a great doctor.

And Fallout is very very good..

I thought the new episodes were a lot of fun & Ncuti Gatwa could be a very good Doctor.
I think he's a bit too full on at the moment though. But that's probably because those who've gone before have been a bit less excitable.
Cheers.

I kinda enjoyed both episodes but I'm still waiting for that "now he's the Doctor" moment.

And Ncuti is a definitely more full-on than he was in the Xmas episode!

I can't fault the acting... but the script... what a load of garbage!

The scripts have been going downhill since the Capaldi era, haven't they? I watched the first couple of Jodie Whittaker episodes, hoping that a new Doctor played by someone with that kind of talent might be given scripts to match, but 3 episodes in I couldn't stomach it any more.

I've been watching Dr Who since Tom Baker, (I was watching The Ark In Space only last week).....after watching the new episodes last weekend, I'm even more convinced that the original episodes had so-so acting, terrible effects but brilliant stories.......since 2005, (in my opinion, I hasten to add) the acting has been great, the effects are brilliant, but the stories are crap.....I mean...Space Babies!...come on!!!

The stories since 2005 haven't been too bad, but I thought the latest two were a real step down even from that.
They were very well made and would be GREAT on CBBC.
Everything Disney touches turns to s*it. Expect a load of lame spinoffs like they did with Star Wars.

I thought the latest episode (Boom) was really very good.
Even got a fish fingers & custard reference.
Cheers.

It was the first good episode for a while. A proper Moffatt episode - I think he is better writing one off episodes than running the show.

Best episode of the 4, in my opinion.
