Got any interesting thoughts on a set of lyrics? Any that don't involve the word "indeed"? Find yourself struggling to decipher all those obtuse references Von makes? Read "1959 And All That" and still no clearer? Nope, us neither. Postcards found lying in a skip around the back of the Chemists can be found here... Don't say you weren't warned.

The scene is:
Some old men in a retirement home, sitting in armchairs around a table. A clock is ticking. Over the silence that hangs about the place where the old men got lost in their memories, the clock rather seems to be knocking time itself ahead. A wooden stand is on the table, holding up a small banner: Image
One of the men says, in a scratchy and weathered voice:
"indeed!"
The others smile. One of the old men giggles in his gravely voice. His giggle developes into a cough for a moment. A crutch leaned against his armchair falls over and noisily hits the linoleum, which wakes the group for a second. You hear some sighs and worn off joints crackle as they change their positions on the cussions, each searching for places where his hasn´t gone all flat in the hours since breakfast.
Oldtimers..

Hey, he is back!

Better get this thread up to 20 pages pronto-wise!!!
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
