According to the official gigography
1983 trans europe excess
1984a (no name)
1984b (no name)
1985 tune in turn on burn out (that's all 1985 concerts)
1990 tour thing 1
1991a tour thing 2
1991b tune in turn on load out

a) posters say UK May tour, though it was promoting B&S, so why not call it that

b) similar for 1983, Reptile house tour [there were t-shirts apparently]

c) 1985 Eurpean tour is as taken from the official itinerary [though it probably did have the name Armageddon, (and not after the gerbil of the same name)]

Thanks - had never noticed the thingy on the right handside on the official site and just visited PiB's site for the first time [nice one btw]!

Outstanding:

*84 first part: UK tour [PiB], B&Soul [Lachert], unnamed [official site]

*85 second part: Armageddon [Lachert], European tour [PiB], TinTonBout [official site]

Not that it really matters, but is there any way to check these... via posters, T-shirts or news articles perhaps?

As I have none of the above, I'll probably shut up now.

Archive material, like MM or NME clippings from the time might be a good source. There should be quite a bit in the gallery.

I'm pretty sure myself that the names are:

1983 Trans Europe Excess
1984-1 Unnamed
1984-2 Black October
1985-1 Tune in, Turn on, Burn out
1985-2 Armageddon
1990 Tour Thing
1991-1 Tour Thing
1991-2 Tune in, Turn on, Load out
1991 ???
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

The Oct/Nov 84 tour was indeed called Black october, as evidenced here.

There were also t-shirts made (I have a white one and have seen black ones).

The names (or lack of) on the ooficial site are often at odds with contemporary publicity material, shirts etc, probably because no-one could remember properly.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.
