Return of the son of 'Currently Listening'

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

I'm either getting old or soft (or both) as I'm listening to Lana Del ray - Video games again.

I've been listening to "Scott Walker sings Jaques Brel" (a compilation of the Brel songs from Scott, Scott 2, and Scott 3)

As Blast might say, Au suivant!

It might have something to do with shortage of sleep as I'm digging her singles too :D
I don't need the album, but I am gonna go see her live at the Werchter festival...

It's not half bad. In fact it's bloody brilliant.

I've seen Anna Fur Laxis do a burlesque routine to Scott Walker's version of Next. Awesome.

Youchoob linky here but they've redubbed it (copyright reasons?) and it's definitely NSFW

Try Scott 4 for some real proto-goff goodness too. :D

Ordered this in the UK as a gift earlier and now found out I could've had it in Antwerp for 15 EUR less or so. Lesson learnt: Support your local multinational stores rather than the far away ones! Question, which one do I keep here

Good stuff though!

The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.

I am a huge fan of his! Every record is good, but Horse Soldier is hard to top. He puts on a good show, too. His guitar player is phenomenal.

Have you heard Losin' Lately Gambler yet? Very nice. I'll probably be going to see him again in a few weeks.
