Fake promo photos on EBAY

Bought some Elektra promo photos from EBAY. To me they look like a copy.
I should have noticed that the 1990 band photo (this one) was sold as 18x24cm. Other traders offer the same promo photo as 8x10 (should be 20,3x25,4cm)?
I don't think that there a two different versions.
The logo seems to me not as clear as it should be
