On the subject of photography @obviousman, your perseverence with film intrigues me. This makes a lot of sense, but a good range is getting harder to find and afford for sure. Processing seems to be disappearing fast too - perhaps it will only be found in art schools and professional labs soon? Pati...

Far better than the hand IMO! Read your post with much interest. Can we keep this up in 'Photography Corner'? - If it doesn't annoy James too much? (I was always told not to be bitter, but I slip sometimes ...) Also, with reference to above, I take it you too use a tripod when you can? 'tis cumbers...

Hi Folks! No cheating in Photoshop indeed, I stopped doing that since I switched to film. Not even cropping pictures! Think along with only film it's all just a matter of silly purism  But to me, it's just so much more fun to get things right from the start rather than trying to make things loo...

you really do knit your own museli, don't you? Pardon my daftness, but what exactly does that mean? You are not at all daft Sinnie! - It is a not so subtle slag of Hippies - e.g. making your own Muesli - Something that Hippies supposedly eat a lot of, although I never do! - Although I'm not sure if...
