Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Still driving my BMW -- 'only' cost £300 to get through its MOT at the beginning of this month, plus tax is due at the end of March

God, my first MOT is due in two months, not looking forward to it even though I have practically had the whole car re-built with new parts since I bought the bugger

I'd not have anything to do with Buells again - I borrowed one in Arizona a few years ago, the second it gets wet (which is not often out there) the seals turn to sh!t. Guy in the garage told me that they were second cousins to cardboard. They look good, true enough, but I'd rather have one of these...

I don't drive motorcycles, so I can stick with the looks

When it comes to Nortons, I'd prefer an old Café Racer instead tho'!

Oh yes, Zeno. There once was a picture of a Yamaha SR 500 Cafe Racer conversion that looked so good that I developed an instant yearning for a driver's licence for motorbikes..

Yeah, I've got one of these, but it's a right bugger to mount on my handlebars...

Oh SINnie, my love - you need to have the flag for the irony of it, "A Man Went Looking For America & Couldn't Find It Anywhere". 8)

My motoring dreams more and more look like this:

That one, in a design more oriented for daily use, would be really nice.

Then the BlueStar they'll be making available by 2012 would be something for you!

Meanwhile, it looks like I'll have some very fashionable wheels come September :D
