YCBTO
WYDSM
More (12") - too much waffle
Dr Jeep (7") - not enough waffle
Long Train - doesn't add anything to the amazing original

This. It always seemed to feel watered down to me.
The original is a short sharp shock by comparison _________________ Cheers.

it's badly done as well. in fairness in those days extended remixes of shorter songs (rather than longer versions a la TOL 12">7") were often badly done cut and paste jobs, but still..... for sure it didnt deserve its own B-side ressurection, but its valid for a) filling a flexi rarity an artifact with limited use and b) being called the "amphetamix". _________________ "Did my singing please you?"

But You Could Be The One is a serious reason to have the single! No doubt about that _________________ Goths play Golf too ...

I have to admit I've always liked it - partly because I heard "Long Train" on a bootleg before I'd ever heard the original "Train," I think, and partly because it was long, so i didn't have to start it over constantly. I liked driving around at night listening to that on repeat. _________________ The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside. |

Why are so many peeps hating MORE? The lyrics are quintessential Eldritch. Probably the only song, where he is 100% himself.
Me? I dont like 1959. Dull & pathetic.

I like the opening of "More", but the shrill vocals in the chorus irritate me. I don't like the current live version either. |

how can you not like Untitled? one of the most atmospheric, moving pieces of music ever. and basically Dominion slowed down with no vocals. Ozymandias is just annoying though i'll give you that. _________________ "Did my singing please you?"
